Andy did my mani pedi and was very kind and gentle. The chairs have massage and they have a massage chair where you can get a neck and shoulder massage as well. Very professional and quick to get seated. Didn't rush the massage for the feet. Didn't rush the soak and pedicure. They offer complimentary drinks, I got hot coffee. It was very very good.
